    Step 1

    蒸鱼酱汁做法:将酱汁材料捞匀煮至滚备用。To prepare sauce: Cook steamed sauce and bring to boil, set aside.

    Step 2

    将云耳及金针菇洗净,铺碟,放入蒸笼蒸15分钟备用。Wash fungus and enokitake mushroom, arrange on plate, steam for 15 minutes.

    Step 3

    将鳕鱼沾上脆浆粉,放入热油中炸至色泽呈金黄时捞出。Dip cod fish with batter, deep fry in hot oil till fragrant and golden brown.

    Step 4

    将炸香的鳕鱼铺在云耳及金针菇上,淋上酱汁,即可享用。Place the cod fish on top of fungus and mushroom, pour over the sauce, serve hot.
