    功能:益气补血,养肝明目。 适应症:产后贫血,头晕面黄,疲倦乏力,多梦健忘,耳鸣腰酸,手脚麻木。

    Step 1

    把芹菜梗切2 公分段,菜叶切细。Cut Chinese celery stalks into 2 cm long, chop the leaves.

    Step 2

    猪肝或鸡肝洗净,切成薄片,投入沸水中汆煮3-5 分钟后捞出,沥干水分。Wash liver and slice thinly, and then blanch in boiling water for 1 minute. Drain.

    Step 3

    将鸡汤倒入锅内,大火煮滚后,倒入猪肝(或鸡肝)、姜丝和芹菜梗,加入米酒,汤滚后再煮2-3 分钟,然后改用中火,慢慢倒入鸡蛋液,蛋花出现后,加入麻油、食盐适当调味,撒上芹菜叶即可上菜。Boil chicken stock in wok, add in liver and Chinese celery stalks, ginger, plus wine; once boiled, cook for 2-3 minutes, and then simmer in medium heat, pour in egg sauce; season with sesame oil and salt. Garnish with celery leaves.
