    Step 1

    黑鲳鱼煎香备用。Pan-fry the black pomfret until browned and set aside.

    Step 2

    锅内放入食油把酱料炒香,加入豆酱继续慢火炒香。Heat up some cooking oil in a pan and sauté the blended sauce until fragrant. Add in the soy bean paste and continue to stir-fry over low heat.

    Step 3

    加入适量亚叁水和少许糖,调味。Pour in Assam water as needed and add a little sugar to taste. Season with salt.

    Step 4

    把煮好的酱汁淋在煎好的黑鲳鱼上即可。Pour the sauce over the pan-fried black pomfret and serve.
