    养胃南瓜果胶含量很高,有保护胃肠道黏膜的功效,消化不良、并且还可以促进肠胃蠕动,帮助食物消化,饮食不规律、爱吃辣的朋友多吃些再适合不过了。

    Step 1

    Tefal Everest锅内放少许油,加入半份南瓜以小火焖煮10分钟,期间翻炒,加鲜酱油调味,拌匀,备用。Heat some oil in Tefal Everest Wokpan, add in half portion of pumpkin and cook in low heat, stir in between and then add in soy sauce to season; set aside.

    Step 2

    将另一半南瓜,洋葱,大蒜和豆奶放入Tefal高速真空抗氧化搅拌机搅拌成茸,用盐和胡椒调味。Arrange another half portion of pumpkin, big onion, garlic and soy milk into Tefal Ultrablend Boost High Speed Blender, blend till smooth, season with some salt and pepper.

    Step 3

    炒锅内放少许油,爆香洋葱碎和姜碎。加入切小块的鸡肉翻炒至变色,加入黑酱油、南瓜酱和炒熟的南瓜块,稍微拌炒,关火。Heat another clean wokpan with oil, saute onion and ginger until fragrant; add in diced chicken meat and stir-fry until cooked; toss in pumpkin and dark soy sauce, dish out.

    Step 4

    香米洗净加水放入Tefal 健康蒸煮 IH 电饭煲内煮至熟,趁热搭配南瓜鸡丁一起享用。Wash rice grains and cook in Tefal Healthy & Tasty Rice Cooker. Serve pumpkin chicken with rice.
