    经过筛后的榴梿质地更细腻幼滑。

    Step 1

    榴梿果肉搓烂,用一个网筛和铁匙将榴梿按压过筛后,全部材料煮至干及离镬,待冷备用。Mash durian flesh and filter through a drainer with spoon,then cook with all ingredients until non-stick to wok;let cool.

    Step 2

    将所有皮料混合拌匀,休面团2小时后,分成6份。Mixes all skin ingredients into dough and let rise for 2 hours before apportion into 6 pieces.

    Step 3

    莲蓉加入瓜子仁压均匀,分出每份80克,榴梿蓉分成50克1份。Mixes lotus paste with pumpkin seeds,apportion into 80g each;divide durian paste into 50g each.

    Step 4

    将1份莲蓉馅压平包入1份榴梿馅搓圆备用。Wrap each lotus paste with 1 durian paste and shape into balls.

    Step 5

    将1分皮料包入1份馅料搓圆压入月饼模形,扣出排在烤盘上。Wrap 1 filling paste with 1 dough and put into mooncake mold,press and dislodge,put on top of baking tray.

    Step 6

    预热烘炉200℃,烘10分钟,取出抹上奶液,再回炉烘至金黄色即可。Bake in pre-heat oven at 200℃ for 10 minutes;spread glazing over and return to oven continue to bake until golden brown.
