    三色椒不只营养丰富颜色也好好看,与金针菇搭配更是美味与健康并存。

    Step 1

    把金针菇切去根部,冲洗沥干水,切成两段。Trim away root section of the enokitake , wash and cut into 2 section.

    Step 2

    将三色椒切成粗丝备用。Cut all the capsicum into thick shredded.

    Step 3

    烧热锅,加入油,爆香姜丝,再加入材料和调味料,拌炒均匀至熟,勾上粟粉水薄芡,即可上碟。Heat some oil in wok, saute ginger shredded, till fragrant, add in all ingredients and seasoning, stir fry well, thicken with some corn starch, serve hot.
