    Step 1

    日本豆腐切厚片,分别粘上玉米粉。Cut the Japanese tofu into thick slices and coat them separately with cornstarch.

    Step 2

    热油锅炸至金黄色备用。Heat a pan with oil and deep-fry the tofu slices until turn golden brown. Set aside.

    Step 3

    热一锅水,加入金针菇水煮。Boil a pot of water and cook the enoki mushrooms.

    Step 4

    热锅下油加入番茄炒至软烂,再下金针菇、日本豆腐、青红甜椒,最后临商酱汁焖煮即可。In a separate pan, heat some oil, add the diced tomato and stir-fry until soft, then add the enoki mushrooms, Japanese tofu, green and red bell peppers, and sliced shiitake mushrooms. Finally, pour the seasoning mixture over the ingredients and simmer until cooked.
