    Step 1

    桃胶泡水隔夜,滤干水备用。 Soak peach gum overnight and drain.

    Step 2

    雪梨洗净后切成块状,放入炖锅中,加入冰糖和水,隔水炖煮2小时至雪梨透明。 Wash pear and cut into cubes; put in stewing pot. Add in rock sugar and water, double boil for 2 hours or until pear become transparent

    Step 3

    最后30分钟放入桂花一起。 At the last 30 minutes, add Osmanthus to stew.

    Step 4

    起锅后,加入桃胶即可。 Dish out and add in peach gum to serve.
