青柠炖鸡 Stewed Lime Chicken

【材料】
全菜园鸡腿2只
青柠(酸柑)2粒(切片)
【调味料】
盐少许试味
【做法】
1.鸡腿汆烫沸水洗净。
2.把已处理好的鸡腿及青柠放入炖盅,并注
入水盖过鸡腿,盖上炖煮2小时。(图1-3)
3.取出调入盐试味便可。

【Ingredients】
2 Garden Vegetable Chicken legs
2 lime(slices)
【Seasoning】
Dash of salt
【Method】
1. Blanch chicken leg, wash and set aside.
2. Arrange chicken leg and lime into double boiler,
pour in water which enough cover all ingredients,
cover and cook for 2 hours.(Pic1-3)
3. Season with some salt before serve.
