    农历新年必吃咸香青豆年饼,口感酥脆的,吃了一口后你一定会爱上它。

    Step 1

    先把中筋面粉、糖粉混合过筛,然后在把盐加入搅拌均匀。Mix all-purpose flour and icing sugar through a sieve, then add in salt and stir well.

    Step 2

    然好加入青豆粉充分搅拌拌匀。Add the green pea flour and stir well.

    Step 3

    然后慢慢加入玉米油和蛋黄,拌至成面团。(油可以无需加完,达到理想的软硬度就可以了)。Then slowly add in corn oil and egg yolks, knead into dough. (You don't need to add all the oil, just achieve the ideal softness to your liking).

    Step 4

    取出面团分割12克1粒,压至紧实后轻轻搓圆。Take out the dough and divide it into 12g each.

    Step 5

    把搓好的粉团球放在已铺上不沾烤盘纸的烤盘上。Place the kneaded dough on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.

    Step 6

    在粉团球表面刷上少许蛋黄液。Brush a little egg yolk on the surface of the dough balls.

    Step 7

    放入已预热的烤炉,以上火160°C,下160°C烘烤20分钟(烘烤10分钟后把烤盘转一转)。Place in a preheated oven, use both the up and down bake element at 160°C for 20 minutes. (turn over the tray after bake 10minutes)
