香橙柠檬酵素Refreshing Orange Lemon Enzyme

【材料】
百香果 1 粒(取肉)
鲜橙 2 粒
柠檬 2 粒
水晶冰糖 350 克(磨粉)
蔗冰糖花 100 克(磨粉)

【做法】
1 把鲜橙和柠檬清洗干净,风干后切片、去籽。
2 把鲜橙和柠檬混合一起。
3 在干净的玻璃瓶里排入部分的混合鲜橙和柠檬,再加入百香果,然后撒入部分混合水晶冰糖及蔗冰糖花。
4 再排入混合水果和铺上剩余 兔子牌水晶冰糖及蔗冰糖花至85%满,然后以保鲜膜覆盖。
5 把玻璃瓶盖上,但不必扭紧,用力摇晃把材料摇匀。
6 把玻璃樽放置阴凉处让它发酵至少21天后才享用。

【INGREDIENTS】
1 passion fruit (pulp only), 2 oranges, 2 lemons, 350g Crystal Rock Sugar (finely ground), 100g Diamond Cane Rock Sugar (finely ground)

【METHOD】
1 Rinse oranges and lemons. Dry thoroughly. Slice thinly and remove seeds.
2 Combine oranges and lemons together.
3 Line the base of a clean glass jar with some orange and lemon slices and passion fruit pulp. Sprinkle the combined Crystal Rock.Sugar and Diamond Cane Rock Sugar over this layer of fruit.
4 Continue layering the sliced fruits and pulp with remaining Crystal Rock Sugar and. Diamond Cane Rock Sugar until 85% full. Cover the top with cling-film.
5 Close the jar (do not tighten). Give it a shake to distribute the ingredients evenly.
6 Put the jar in a cool dry place to ferment for at least 21 days before serving.
