    心得交流站 : 要鱼丸吃起来有弹性,搅拌鱼胶的时候需要“挞”多几次。

    Step 1

    先将鱼肉剁得非常幼细,慢慢加入调味料搅拌成鱼胶,加入材料B用同样的方向,搅拌成非常黏性。Chop fish finely,add in seasoning and make into fish paste;mixes in ingredients B and blend well until sticky.

    Step 2

    用手将鱼胶挤成圆形,粘上薄皮丝。Shape the paste into balls with hand,coat with juliennes spring roll skin.

    Step 3

    烧热4杯炸油,将龙须鱼蛋炸至金黄色,捞起沥干油份,即可享用。Heat up 4 cups of oil,deep fry the fish balls until golden brown,drain and serve.
