    Directions

    Step 1

    猴头菇浸软,飞水,挤干水份,拌入腌料,腌1小时备用。Soak monkey head mushroom,blanch in boiling water,squeeze until dry and marinate with condiments for 1 hour.

    Step 2

    腌好的猴头菇拌入面粉备用。Coat monkey head mushroom with plain flour.

    Step 3

    烧热油,放入猴头菇炸至金黄色。Deep fry monkey head mushroom in hot oil until golden brown.

    Step 4

    留1½汤匙油,加入蜜酱料煮至浓,倒入炸好猴头菇,快手炒匀再加上材料D炒匀上碟。Keep 1 ½ tbsp hot oil in wok,saute honey sauce ingredients until thicken ,toss in monkey head mushroom;stirfry until well mixed,sprinkle ingredients D over and dish out.
