【材料】
香蕉10条、意式薄饼皮10片、红豆沙100克、炸油适量

【做法】
1.香蕉去皮,然后对半剖开,中间夹铺一层红豆沙。
2.把薄饼皮铺平,放入夹心香蕉,卷起。
3.起锅热炸油,把香蕉卷炸至金黄色。
4.趁热吃。

【Ingredients】
10 pisang Abu, 10pcs fillo pastry, 100gm red bean paste, oil for deep frying

【Method】
1.Peel the banana skin, slice banana into half. Then sandwich the red bean paste in the centre of the banana.
2.Place the fillo pastry flat on the surface and wrap the sandwiched banana.
3.Heat oil at 100℃ and fry banana until golden brown.
4.Ready to serve.
