    Step 1

    放1汤匙油入滚水内,加入羊角豆煮熟取出盛碟。Add 1 tbsp oil into boiling water, blach lady's fingers till cook and remove, drain.

    Step 2

    倒3汤匙入锅内烧热,放入材料B炒香,加入材料C炒匀。Heat 3 tbsp oil in wok, stir fry ingredients B until fragrant, add in ingredients C, stir well.

    Step 3

    取出放在羊角豆上,将炸脆咸鱼撒在面上即可。Remove and sprinkle onto lady's fingers, top with fried salted fish.
