    Step 1

    鳕鱼清洗干净,先将一小片姜垫在蒸盘中央,把鳕鱼摆在姜片上,再撒上红枣及姜丝。Clean the cod fish and place a small slice of ginger in the center of a steaming plate. Put the cod fish on top of the ginger slice, and then sprinkle with the red dates and ginger julienne.

    Step 2

    把全部酱汁材料混合,浇在鱼身上,放入蒸锅大火蒸至熟。Mix all the sauce ingredients together and pour it over the fish. Steam over high heat in a steamer until the fish is cooked through.
