    用混合香料腌鸡肉,然后沾上生粉,再沾蛋液。Season chicken with combined spice ingredients, then dust with potato starch.

    最后沾上混合的幼麦和麦片。Dip chicken pieces into beaten eggs,and then coat in combined Nestum oat mixture.

    起锅热油,把辣椒干和咖哩叶放入,炸至香后盛出置放一旁;接着放入鸡肉炸至金黄色后盛出,和炸香的辣椒干和咖哩叶混合即可。Heat wok with oil until hot and fry curry leaves and dried chilies till fragrant. Dish out and put aside. Fry the chicken pieces in oil until golden brown. Dish out and mix with the fried crispy curry leaves and dried chili.
