    这是一款蒸制而成的蛋糕,新鲜吃时非常蓬松柔软,而且还带有轻微的香味。

    Step 1

    将材料A混合拌匀,过滤后置放2-3小时。Mix ingredients A well, sieve and let stand for 2-3 hours.

    Step 2

    加入材料B拌匀,倒入已铺上油纸的8寸模型,大火蒸35分钟至熟。Add ingredients B to mix well, pour into an 8-inch mold covered with oiled paper, and steam for 35 minutes on high heat until cooked.

    Step 3

    用竹签轻轻插入取出,看到竹签没有黏性代表已熟,取出待凉后切块享用。Use a bamboo stick to gently insert and take it out. If the bamboo stick is not sticky it means cooked. Take it out and let it cool down, cut into pieces and enjoy.
