    Step 1

    马铃薯切片浸泡再水中备用。西兰花烫熟备用, 青葱切粒备用。Sliced the potatoes and soak in water for later use. blanched the broccoli, dice the green onion and set aside.

    Step 2

    油锅先拌炒蒜末料,加入肉碎拌炒至出猪油, 隔出多余的猪油。(图1)Heat the wok and stir fry garlic, add minced meat and stir fry until lard comes out, remove the extra lard.

    加入蠔油和黑酱油拌匀, 加入少许鱼露,炒至香。Add oyster sauce and dark soy sauce and mix well, add some fish sauce and stir-fry until aroma.

    加入马铃薯跟肉碎拌匀, 加水焖至马铃薯变软即可。Add potatoes and minced meat, add water simmer until potatoes are soft.
