    Step 1

    鱼块以少许胡椒粉、盐捞匀,置放10分钟,然后沾上干粟粉放入热油中炸熟,取出沥油。芋头过油捞出。 Marinate fish head with dash of pepper and salt for 10 minutes; then coat with corn flour and deep fry until cooked. Blanch yam in hot oil.

    Step 2

    留油少许放入香茅、蒜片炒香,然后倒入高汤煮滚。 Keep some oil in wok, sauté serai and garlic until fragrant, then pour in the stock and bring to boil.

    Step 3

    把全部材料放入煮滚,然后以中火煮约5分钟至材料够软便可上桌。 Add in all ingredients and bring to boil again; then turn to low heat and simmer for 5 minutes or until all ingredients soften.
