    Step 1

    将材料A的鸡蛋充分打散,加入其余材料A和调味料拌匀备用。Beaten all eggs and mixes with other ingredients A and seasoning.

    Step 2

    将油烧热,爆香蒜蓉再加入肉丝炒熟,才慢慢加入鸡蛋混合料,不断用煎匙搅拌成蛋花。Heat oil in wok,sauté garlic until fragrant; toss in meat and stir fry until cooked; and then slowly pour in egg mixture and keep stir-frying until the eggs turns to omelet form,dish out.

    Step 3

    盛起配上生菜享用。May serve with lettuce.
