鲜奶滑蛋河生虾 Creamy Fresh Water Prawn

【材料】
河生虾3只、牛油1汤匙、鲜奶200克、蛋白3粒
【配料】
莞荽、蒜片、辣椒仔及咖哩叶少许
【调味料】
盐½茶匙、糖½茶匙
【做法】
1. 把河虾洗净,一开二以热油炸熟。 (图1-2)
2. 煮溶牛油,把配料爆香,加入鲜奶及调味料煮出味。(图3-6)
3. 最后加入炸过的生虾煮滚,熄火,拌入蛋白快速兜匀即可上桌。 (图7-8)

【Ingredients】
3 fresh water prawns, 1 tbsp butter, 200ml fresh milk, 3 egg white
【Sub-Ingredients】
Some coriander, garlic slices, chili padi and curry leaves
【Seasoning】
½ tsp salt, ½ tsp sugar
【Method】
1. Halve prawns and deep fry in hot oil until cooked. Do not over cooked. (pic 1-2)
2. Melt butter in wok, sauté sub-ingredients until fragrant; add in milk and seasoning; boil for 1
minute. (pic 3-6)
3. Add in prawn and bring to boil, turn off beat, stir in egg white and dish out. (pic 7-8)
