蒜味芝麻卷 Garlic & Sesame Roll

【材料】
牛油100克(室温)、糖粉100克、鸡粉1汤匙、蛋白80克、蛋糕面粉100克、蒜头粉1克、黑芝麻5克、白芝麻5克
【做法】
1. 把牛油、糖粉及鸡粉搅拌至发起。(图1)
2. 加入蛋白,继续搅拌至发起。(图2)
3. 接着拌入面粉和黑白芝麻,搅拌均匀。(图3-5)
4. 把搅拌好的面糊放入冰箱冷藏一会。
5. 取出面糊,在矽膠烘焙墊上铺成圆薄形状。(图6)
6. 放入烤炉以175°C烤10-13分钟(视大小而定)。(图7)
7. 趁热把它卷起即可。(图8)

【Ingredients】
100g butter (softened), 100g Icing sugar, 1 tbsp. chicken stock granule, 80g egg white, 100g cake flour,
1g garlic powder, 5g black sesame seed, 5g white sesame seed
【Method】
1. Cream butter with icing sugar and chicken stock granule. (pic 1)
2. Add in egg white and continue to beat until fluffy. (pic 2)
3. Add in the flour and both kind of sesame seeds. (pic 3-5)
4. Slightly chill the mixture to get the texture for spreading.
5. Spread the mixture onto a silicone baking mat. (pic 6)
6. Bake at 175°C for around 10-13 minutes depending on size. (pic 7)
7. Roll while still hot. (pic 8)
