麦香拳头鸡 Nestum Boxer

【材料】
A:鸡翼8只(去翼尖部份)、Nestum麦片5汤匙、粟粉3汤匙、鸡蛋1粒(打散)
B:辣椒粉1茶匙、咖喱粉1⁄2汤匙、Nestum麦片2汤匙、鸡精粉1⁄2茶匙、幼糖1⁄4茶匙、蒜头碎1汤匙、咖喱叶2支
【腌料】
盐1茶匙、鸡精粉1⁄2茶匙、麻油1茶匙、胡椒粉少许
【做法】
1. 将鸡翼上半段用小刀刮至顶处离骨,然后把鸡肉翻转成拳头形。(图1)
2. 加入腌料捞匀,腌置10分钟。(图2)
3. 将粟粉洒入鸡拳,再把鸡拳沾上蛋液,然后再沾满麦片,投入70%热油中炸至鸡翼熟及香脆,取出沥油。(图3-4)
4. 镬中留少许油,放入蒜头碎爆香至金黄色,转小火,下咖喱叶及其余B料炒香后,便可盛出铺在鸡翼拳上享用。(图6-8)

【Ingredients】

【Method】
1. Cut through the skin on the thicker end of the chicken wing, and then pull the skin over so that the wings look like a boxing hand with fist at one

2. Marinate chicken wings with condiments for 10 minutes.(pic 2)
3. Coat the boxer with corn flour, and then dip in egg sauce and coat with Nestum cereal and deep fry in 70% hot oil until crispy, drain.(pic

4. Keep some oil in wok, sauté garlic until fragrant and golden brown, turn to low heat, toss in curry leaves and the rest of B ingredients, and then pour it over the chicken boxer and serve. (pic 6-8)
