黄梨咖喱蟹 Pineapple Curry Crab

材料 :
花蟹2只、黄梨2片(切片)、咖哩粉2汤匙、咖哩叶2束
研磨酱料 :
小葱头6粒、蒜头3瓣、黄姜1小块、南姜1片、红辣椒5条、辣椒干6条
调味料 :
盐1茶匙、糖1茶匙、味精1茶匙、适量清水
做法 :
1. 热油3汤匙,爆香研磨酱料及咖哩粉。(图1)
2. 加入花蟹、黄梨及咖哩叶一起拌炒。(图2-4)
3. 调入味料及适量水,煮滚即可。

INGREDIENTS :
2 flower crabs, 2 slices pineapple, 2 tbsp curry powder, 2 stalks curry leaves
GRIND SPICES:
6 shallots, 3 pips garlic, 1 small piece turmeric, 1 small pieces galangal, 5 red chili, 6 dried chili.
SEASONING :
1 tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp MSG, some water
METHOD :
1. Heat oil in wok, sauté grinded spices and curry powder until fragrant. (pic 1)
2. Add in blue crabs, pineapple and curry leaves, stir-fry until well mixes. (pic 2-4)
3. Add in seasoning and pour in water, bring to boil, done.
