    小贴士:糖水必须充分冷却再加入面粉浆里。还有小苏打粉必须加,加热后才会有蜂巢状。

    Step 1

    用小火把糖煮溶成糖焦,一直旋转搅拌以防烧焦。Melt sugar in a saucepan with low heat until it turns caramel; swirling slowly to prevent burnt.

    Step 2

    加入清水,把糖焦煮至溶解后加入牛油,熄火待凉。Add water quickly and let it simmer until sugar dissolves; add butter and leave to cool.

    Step 3

    另外把鸡蛋和炼奶一起搅拌,并慢慢加入筛过的干料和冷却的糖浆。In a mixing bowl, beat eggs with the condensed milk, slowly adding the sifted dry ingredients and cooled caramel syrup.

    Step 4

    让面糊停滞3-4小时,不可搅拌。Leave batter for a minimum of 3-4 hours. Do NOT STIR.

    Step 5

    把烤炉预热至160°C(只热底部),在可拆卸圆形烤盘里涂油,然后在不搅拌的情况下把面糊倒入,烤45-55分钟;以竹签插入测试,以不沾物为准。Preheat oven @ 160°C using only bottom heat. Grease an round bundt tray. Pour the rested batter without STIRRING straight into the greased tray and bake for 45-55 minutes or until skewer inserted comes out clean.

    Step 6

    待凉后才切来享用。Leave to cool before cutting to serve.
