    黑木耳炒腐竹是一道简单的家常菜,豆腐皮乾燥后做成的豆皮称为腐竹,它具有浓郁的豆香味与独特口感。

    Step 1

    腐竹泡发;黑木耳切片备用。Soaked dried bean curd; slices black fungus, set asice.

    Step 2

    热锅放入少许的油,加入剁碎的蒜爆香。Heat some oil in wok, saute chopped garlic till fragrant.

    Step 3

    加入黑木耳炒均匀,过后加入生抽炒搅拌均匀。Add in black fungus, stir well. Toss in some soy sauce, mix well.

    Step 4

    倒入切段的腐竹和调味料一起搅拌均匀,转小火盖上锅盖焖10分钟即可。Add in dried bean curd and seasoning, stir fry well. Cover with lid and simmer for 10 minutes, done.
