材料
牛/鸡火腿肉6片、熟蛋2粒(捣烂)、熟蛋3粒(切片)、法国面包1条、牛油1⁄2 块、樱桃番茄适量
6 slices smoked beef/chicken ham, 2 eggs (boiled & mashed)3 hard boiled eggs(sliced), 1 baguette, 1⁄2 block butter, cherry tomatoes

西式炒蛋材料
A蛋2粒、牛油1⁄2 汤匙、鲜奶油1汤匙、盐及胡椒粉适量、cheddar芝士茸2汤匙
2 Grade A eggs, 1 tbsp fresh cream, 2 tbsps grated cheddar cheese, some butter, salt and pepper powder to taste

芝士奶油酱材料
芝士鲜奶油100克、和1汤匙牛油、1⁄4 茶匙迷迭香茸及少许黑胡椒混合
100 g cream cheese, 1 Tbsp butter, 1⁄4 tsp chopped rosemary & black pepper

顶料
鼠尾草、薄荷叶及莳萝适量
Sage leaves, mint leaves, dill

做法
1.西式炒蛋做法:在不黏锅里热牛油,炒蛋。翻炒时加入鲜奶油及少许盐和黑胡椒粉。熄火后加入cheddar芝士茸。
1.To prepare scrambled egg: Heat some butter in a non stick pan, cook the scrambled eggs with fresh cream, salt & pepper. Turn off heat and stir in 2 Tbsps grated cheddar.

2.另外热锅,把火腿肉煎热;用牛油将樱桃番茄煮至熟透。(图1-2)
2.Heat oil, pan fry the smoked ham pieces and set aside; caramelized cherry tomatoes in butter. (pic 1-2)

3.芝士奶油酱做法:把所有材料混合即可。
3.To prepare the cream cheese base:mix all ingredients and set aside.

组合
1.将法国面包切片,逐片涂上牛油。(图3-4)
1.Cut baguette into slices and spread with butter (pic 3-4)

2.在涂牛油法国面包上涂少许芝士奶油酱,然后铺上熟蛋片,再撒上薄荷叶及莳萝即可。(图5)
2.Spread baguette slices with some cream cheese & top with egg slices, serve topped with mint leaves / dill.(pic 5)

3.在涂牛油法国面包上放西式炒蛋,然后铺上炒樱桃番茄。(图6)
3.Spread baguette slices with some scrambled eggs and top with caramelized tomatoes. (pic 6)

4.在涂牛油法国面包上铺上火腿肉,并以牙签固定即可。(图7)
