黄梨咖哩蚧 Steamed Meat Cake

材料 :
花蚧(熟)2只、黄梨2片(切片)、咖哩粉2汤匙、咖哩叶2束
磨烂酱料 :
小葱头6粒、蒜头3瓣、黄姜1小块、南姜1片、红辣椒5条、辣椒干6条
调味料 :
盐1茶匙、糖1茶匙、味精1茶匙
做法 :
1. 热油3汤匙,爆香磨烂酱料及咖哩粉。
2. 加入花蚧、黄梨及咖哩粉一起拌炒。
3. 调入味料及适量水,煮滚即可。

INGREDIENTS :
300g minced meat, 4 pcs water chestnut (chopped), 1 small piece processed squid (chopped and
soaked), 2 eggs, 1 tbsp chopped spring onion
SEASONING :
2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp corn flour, 1 tsp oyster sauce, drops of sesame oil, 3-4tbsp water, dash of salt & pepper
METHOD :
1. Marinate minced meat with seasoning and blend with hand until springy.
2. Add in water chestnut, squid and egg and mixes well.
3. Spread mixture onto steaming plate; and then steam in high heat for 20 minutes or until cooked.
4. Dish out and sprinkle spring onion on top and pour garlic oil over and serve.
