    Step 1

    把米和薏米一起放入水里煮至滚,然后转小火焖煮40分钟。Bring water to a boil with rice and barley. When it boils reduce heat and simmer for 40 minutes.

    Step 2

    煮透后加入番薯和南瓜,继续煮20-25分钟或至刚刚熟透即可。Once the grains of rice and barley are tested for doneness, add sweet potato and pumpkin. Continue to cook for 20-25 minutes or until sweet potatoes and pumpkin are just cooked.
