    Step 1

    先预热烤箱180℃,15分钟。Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F) for 15 minutes.

    Step 2

    摊开一片酥皮,包入一片年糕,收口。用刀轻轻在酥皮表面划数刀。Unroll a sheet of puff pastry and encase a slice of rice cake, sealing the edges. Use a knife to gently score the surface of the pastry.

    Step 3

    涂上蛋液,撒少少许黑白芝麻。Brush the pastry with beaten egg and sprinkle a small amount of black and white sesame seeds.

    Step 4

    放入烤箱,以180℃烤15分钟至上色即可。Place in the preheated oven and bake at 180°C (356°F) for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
