【烹饪小贴士】如果喜欢吃泰国疯柑叶也可以适量加入一些在材料D内。

材料A:(浸3小时)

Ingredients A : (soaked for 3 hours)

材料B:(浸3小时)

Ingredients B : (soaked for 3 hours)

材料D:拌勺

Ingredients D : mix

    Directions

    Step 1

    将米沥干然后倒入蒸锅内,再把蓝色米倒在一旁。Drain rice and put into steamer, put blue rice at one side.

    Step 2

    撒入材料C,盖着煮至冒出大烟(重复蒸至熟透)。Sprinkle with ingredients C, cover to cook until strong steam appear. (Repeat until cooked)

    Step 3

    再把饭拌匀然后放2汤匙入杯内压紧,加入1曾层材料D(重复)。Mix rice and press 2 tbsp in cup, add in a layer of ingredients D. (Repeat)

    Step 4

    将肉松粽反扣在碟上即可享用。Overturn dumpling from cup and serve.
