    Step 1

    将切好的开胃菜放进玻璃罐里,加入调味料拌匀,腌制2小时。Mixes all appetizer ingredients with seasoning in a jar,leave for 2 hours.

    Step 2

    烧热6杯油,将鸭腿炸脆,捞起沥干油份。Heat 6 cups oil in wok,deep fry the roasted duck drumsticks until crispy,drain.

    Step 3

    将腐竹炸至金黄色或脆,捞起沥干油份。Deep fry bean curd sticks until golden brown and crispy,drain.

    Step 4

    将炸鸭腿排在碟子上,撒上腐竹片,淋上开胃菜,装饰上桌。Arrange fried roasted duck drumsticks on serving plate, sprinkle fried bean curd sticks on top and pour appetizer over; garnish and serve.
