    Step 1

    木耳浸泡水过夜,备用。Soak black fungus overnight.

    Step 2

    全部材料B煮约2小时后,加入山药再煮2小时即可。Boil all ingredients B for 2 hours,and then add in Huai Shan and boil for another 2 hours.

    Step 3

    加盐调味享用。Season with salt.
