    Step 1

    豆沙馅分出10克1等份,包入1粒夏果仁,搓成圆球,至全部做好共6粒馅料。Apportion red bean paste to 10g each, wrap in 1 macadamia nut and knead into ball. Make all six.

    Step 2

    材料A、B、C和薯泥各自拌匀,分出每等份30克,备用。Mixes ingredients A,B & C separately and apportion to 30g each.

    Step 3

    各取一色薯泥结合,包入1等份馅料收口。Wrap each sweet potato dough with one filling and seal up.

    Step 4

    用保鲜膜把每1粒扭出造型,即可上碟享用。Wrap stuffed sweet potato in cling and shape as you like. Serve on plate.
