    Step 1

    将明虾洗净,修剪干净,沥干水分。Wash and trim prawns,drain.

    Step 2

    加入腌料腌制2小时。Marinate with condiments for 2 hours.

    Step 3

    烧热6杯炸油,将虾沾上粟米粉拌匀后,放进油锅炸熟,装饰后即可享用。Heat 6 cups oil in wok,dip prawns in corn flour and then deep fry in hot oil until cooked;garnish to serve.
