马蹄含有大量的蛋白质、脂肪、粗纤维、胡萝卜素、维他命B、维他命C、铁、钙、磷和碳水化合物。马蹄其实生吃最甜,如果煮的话,用高压锅大约五分钟就够了。蒸的话则要的时间比较长,至少要半小时以上。

    Step 1

    将马蹄和蘑菇拌入腌料,腌20分钟,用牙签串起,以芝士做夹层,至全部串好备用。Marinate water chestnut with champignons mushroom with condiments for 20 minutes; then skew with tooth pith with cheese in between.

    Step 2

    脆酱拌匀备用。Mixes batter ingredients.

    Step 3

    把串好的蘑菇沾上脆浆炸至金黄色上碟,用装饰料装饰,享用时沾上辣椒酱即可。Dip the skewer in batter and then deep fry until golden brown; garnish with the blanched ingredients,serve with chili sauce.
