意式马铃薯丝Potatoes Pasta In Italian Style

【材料】
马铃薯5粒、蒜茸1茶匙、洋葱1粒(切丁)、鸡胸肉300克(剁碎)、红番茄3粒(去皮切丁)、牛油1汤匙、番茄酱5汤匙、洋芫荽及 &罗勒叶碎少许

【调味料】
盐1/2茶匙、酱青1/2茶匙、糖1茶匙、蚝油1/2茶匙、黑胡椒粉1/2茶匙

【做法】
1.先将已经刨成丝的马铃薯丝用水洗净。用少许油炒熟,捞起备用。(图1)
2.镬内热牛油,爆香蒜米后放入洋葱丁一同炒,接着加入鸡胸肉和番茄碎炒匀。(图2-3)
3.倒入番茄酱及少许的水煮约5分钟后加调味料炒匀。(图4)
4.吃时只需将意大利蕃茄酱淋上已炒过的马铃薯丝,再撒上少许洋芫荽及罗勒叶碎,即可趁热享用。

【Ingredients】
5 potatoes(peeled and shredded), 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 big onion(chopped), 300g chicken(chopped), 3 tomatoes(skinless and chopped), 1 tsp butter, 5 tbsp tomatoes sauce, some parsley and basil leave

【Seasonings】
1/2tsp salt, 1/2 tsp soy sauce,1/2 tsp sugar, 1/2 tsp oyster sauce, 1/2 tsp pepper

【Method】
1. Peeled and shredded the potatoes, wash and fry with some oil till cooked, set aside.(pic 1)
2. Heat butter in wok, saute chopped garlic and onion till fragrant, add in chopped chicken and diced tomatoes , fry well.(pic 2-3)
3. Pour in tomato sauce and some water, cook for 5 minutes, season to taste.(pic 4)
4. To serve: Pour the tomatoes sauce over the shredded potatoes, top with some parsley and basil leave, serve immediately.
