清蒸柠汁鲜鱿Steamed SquidWith Lemonade

【材料】
新鲜鱿鱼5只、蒜茸1汤匙、指天椒4条(切碎)、芫茜1棵(切段)、酸柑汁1汤匙

【调味料】
鱼露1汤匙、糖1茶匙、味精1/2茶匙、米酒2茶匙、少许盐

【做法】
1.鱿鱼去须及内脏,撕除外膜洗净,用刀从中间切开,再切花,置放蒸盘中备用。(图1)
2.将全部调味料、蒜茸及指天椒拌匀,淋在鱿鱼上,入锅大火蒸8分钟,至熟。(图2-4)
3.取出淋入酸柑汁及芫茜即可。

【Ingredients】
5 fresh squids, 1 tbsp chopped garlic, 4 chili padi (chopped), 1 stalk coriander 9cut sections), 1 tbsp lime juice

【Seasoning】
1 tbsp fish sauce, 1 tsp sugar, 1/2 tsp MSG, 2 tsp rice wine, dash of salt

【Method】
1.Clean and wash squids, remove membranes and open cut from center; and then cross cut slits on the surface.(pic 1)
2.Combine chopped garlic and chili padi with seasonings, sprinkle over the squids, and then steam in high heat for 8 minutes or until cooked.(pic 2-4)
3.Drizzle in lime juice and sprinkle coriander on top to serve.
