蒜香辣虾意大利面Spaghetti Aglio Olio with Prawn

【材料】
A:意大利面250克、鲜虾10只、罗勒叶5克(切丝)
B:蒜片10克、鲜香菇50克(切片,炒至干身)、辣椒碎5克
【调味料】
盐适量、鸡精粉适量、黑胡椒粉 适量
【做法】
1.准备锅热水加少许油,待水煮沸后放入意大利面煮至熟透,盛出滴干。
2.准备平底锅倒入少许油,爆香材料B后再加入鲜虾炒熟。
3.加入意大利面和调味料一起捞匀,再拌入罗勒叶即可。
【Ingredients】
A:250g spaghetti, 10 prawns, 5g basil (julienne)
B:10g garlic slices, 50g shitake mushroom (sliced and prefried), 5g chili flake
【Seasoning】
Dash of salt, chicken powder & black pepper
【Method】
1.Bring water to boil with some oil, put in spaghetti to scud until cooked, drain.
2.Heat skillet with some oil, saute ingredients B until fragrant, then add in prawn and stir-fry until cooked.
3.Add in spagahetti and seasonings, stir to mix and then toss in basil, done.(pic 4-5)
