【烹饪小贴士】馅料最好先放进冰箱冷藏1小时后才酿,这样比较好酿。

    Directions

    Step 1

    将所有的馅料搅拌均匀,再加入所有调味料充分的搅拌均匀,至起胶。Mixes all filling ingredients with seasoning and blend until springy.

    Step 2

    将潮州豆腐中间挖个小洞,在酿入已经搅拌好了的馅料。Hollow out some flesh of tofu, stuff in the filling.

    Step 3

    将酿好的豆腐排在蝶子上,准备蒸笼,蒸大约10分钟至熟。Arrange stuffed tofu on plate, steam in steamer for 10 minutes or until cooked.

    Step 4

    烧热1汤匙油,爆香蒜茸,倒入酱汁材料煮滚,淋在已经蒸好的酿豆腐上,再用小棠菜装饰后即可享用。Heat 1 tbsp oil in wok, sauté garlic until fragrant, add in all sauce ingredients, once boiled, pour over steamed stuffed tofu, garnish with blanch Siew Bak Choy.
