健康三色薯泥Tri-colour Mashed Potatoes

【材料】
南瓜200g、紫色番薯100g、马铃薯100g、蛋黄一个

【调味料】
盐少许、麻油数滴

【做法】
1.将南瓜,紫色番薯和 马铃薯去皮洗净切小片备用。
2.用蒸笼将以上材料蒸熟后捣烂成泥状。(图1)
3.取蒸盘一个,将以上材料混合,添加蛋黄和少许盐调均匀,并把表面抹平。(图2)
4.取蒸笼用大火将以上调好的薯泥蒸20分钟取出。(图3-4)
5.将蒸好的三色薯泥盛入杯子或小碗里,淋上几滴麻油即可享用。

【Ingredients】
200g pumpkin, 100g purple sweet potato, 100g
potato, 1 egg yolk, some sesame oil

【Seasoning】
Dash of salt and sesame oil

【Method】
1.Peel pumpkin, purple sweet potato and potato then sliced.
2.Steam the above ingredients until cooked, mash them.
3.Mixes mashed ingredients with egg yolk and dash of salt.(pic 2)
4.Steam the mashed mixture for 20 minutes.(pic 3-4)
5.Divide mixture into serving cup or bowl, drizzle some sesame oil on top and serve.
