丰衣足食八宝饭 Eight Treasure Rice

材料
Jasmine Sunwhite
新阳上等香米1杯 (洗净)、
水1½杯、鲍鱼1罐、
鸡腿肉1个、腊肠1条(切丁)、
香菇4朵 (浸泡至软,切片)、
栗子5粒(浸泡,切丁)、
眉豆30克(浸泡)、虾米20克、
芋头50克 (切丁)

调味料
酱油2汤匙、黑酱油1汤匙、
麻油1汤匙

做法
1.鸡肉洗净,切丁备用.
2.把Jasmine Sunwhite新阳上等香米洗一洗,放一旁备用.
3.在瓦煲内把虾米用低温油慢慢把味道爆香。加入眉豆、香菇、栗子、芋头、腊肠、鸡肉炒一炒.
4.加入Jasmine Sunwhite新阳上等香米,炒至米稍微干爽,加入调味搅拌均匀,
5.再倒入水,小火煮15分钟煮熟。
6.煮好前的5分钟把鲍鱼放入焗一下再出锅。即可享用

Ingredients
1 cup Jasmine Sunwhite rice, 1 ½ water, 1 canned abalone,
1 chicken leg, 1 wax meat, 4 mushroom, 5 chestnut,
30g Black-eyed pea(soaked), 20g dried shrimp, 50g yam(cube)

Seasoning
2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp dark soy sauce, 1 tbsp sesame oil

Method
1. Wash chicken and cut in cube.
2. Wash Jasmine Sunwhite rice, set aside.
3. Heat some oil in a claypot, sauté dried shrimp till fragrant with low hear, add in Black-eyed pea, mushrrom, chestnut, yam, chicken and Chinese sausage, stir fry well.
4. Add in Jasmine Sunwhite rice, fry until the rice is dry, toss in seasoning, mix until well combine.
5. Pour in water, cook with low heat for 15 minutes till rice cooked.
6. 5 minutes before done, add in abalone and cover the lid,
cook for a while, done.
