百香蜜鱼籽福袋Fish Roe Lucky Bag with Passion Honey Sauce

 

材料
EB鱼籽福袋1盒、芦笋100克、
蒜蓉2克、百香果1粒、蜜糖10克、
蚝油1汤匙、水200毫升、
玉米粉+水1:1 (勾芡)

做法
1.芦笋洗净切半,排入碟中。
2.EB鱼籽福袋排在芦笋上,蒸5分钟。
3.百香果切半,用隔网筛取汁备用。
4.热锅爆香蒜蓉和耗油,把水倒入搅。
5.倒入百香果汁和耗油,勾芡。
6.取出蒸好的EB鱼籽福袋,淋上酱汁即可上桌。

Ingredients
1 pct EB Fish Roe Lucky Bag,
100g asparagus,
2g chopped garlic,
1 passion fruit, 10g honey,
1 tbsp oyster sauce,
200ml water,
1 tbsp Corn flour + 1 tbsp water (for thickening)

Method
1. Wash asparagus and cut halve, arrange on plate.
2. Arrange EB Fish Roe Lucky Bag on the asparagus, steam for 5 minutes.
3. Passion fruit cut halve, filter and squeeze out the juice.
4. Heat oil in wok, sauté chopped garlic till fragrant, add in oyster sauce and water, stir well.
5. Pour in passion fruit juice and thicken with corn starch.
6. Lastly pour over the sauce on EB Fish Roe Lucky Bag, ready to serve.
