    Directions

    Step 1

    把猪腰剖开,挑筋去污,然后浸泡水里至少1-1 1⁄2 小时;之后切花状再切片, 并以滚水川烫,滴干。 Halve the kidney and devein. Soak in water for at least 1-1 1⁄2 hours. Cut diagonal cuts and slice thickly. Blanch in boiling water for a short while. Drain and leave aside.

    Step 2

    猪肝切薄片,用腌料A 腌10 分钟。鸡肉加入腌料B 拌匀。 Slice liver and sesaon with marinade A for 10 minutes。Season chicken meat with marinade B.

    Step 3

    起锅热麻油,把姜丝爆香,然后赞入少许米酒,再加入鸡肉和红枣,炒至鸡肉转色,倒入鸡高汤煮沸。 Heat sesame oil in a wok and fry ginger until fragrant. Splash in a little wine then add in chicken and red dates. Pour in chicken stock and bring to boil

    Step 4

    加入调味料 和猪肝,快炒一会。加入猪腰和枸杞,大火煮滚。熄火,趁热吃。 Add seasoning and pig's liver. Toss and fry briefly. Put in kidney and kei chi, bring to a quick boil. Dish out and serve immediately.
