将莲藕去皮切碎,加入豆腐、面粉、红萝卜、香菇、芫荽及调味料拌匀,搓成丸子备用。Peel and chop the lotus root. Mix it with tofu, flour, chopped carrots, shiitake mushrooms, cilantro, and the seasoning. Form the mixture into balls.
Step 2
热一锅油,加入丸子直到定型才翻动,炸至金黄色即可。Heat oil in a pot. Fry the lotus root balls, flipping them only after they have taken shape, until golden brown,done.
