    三文鱼中不仅含有丰富的不饱和脂肪酸,还含有一种叫做虾青素的物质,是一种非常强力的抗氧化剂。有增强脑功能、促使视网膜进一步发育的功效。

    Step 1

    三文鱼洗净、抹干水份后,涂抹上柠檬汁、海盐和黑胡椒粉,放进烤箱以200度高温烤至熟,取出,去骨后弄碎,备用。Wash salmon and pat dry, marinate with some lemon juice, sea salt, black pepper, and then put in oven at 200°C until cooked. Debone and crushed.

    Step 2

    马铃薯洗净后,放进蒸锅内,蒸至软后,取出,弄成泥状,备用。Wash potatoes and steam until soften, remove from pot and mash into a mud form, set aside.

    Step 3

    取一大碗,倒入三文鱼和薯泥,加入洋葱丁、美奶滋、牛奶、牛油和调味料,混合至均匀。Pour salmon and mashed potatoes into a large bowl, add diced onion, mayonnaise, milk, butter and seasoning, mix well.

    Step 4

    将小鱼饼装进食品袋内,敲碎,备用。Pack the small fish crackers into food bags, break them up and set aside.

    Step 5

    将三文鱼薯泥,搓成大小一致的球状,然后放进作法4的饼碎内,让饼碎均匀地裹上薯球。Knead salmon and mashed potatoes into balls of the same size, and then put coat with fish crackers crumbs evenly.

    Step 6

    在每颗三文鱼马铃薯球叉上一支竹签 ,然后点上适量的蕃茄酱,再用以香菜叶装饰,即可。Put a bamboo stick on each salmon potato ball, then dip with some tomato sauce, and garnish with coriander leaves to serve.
