    香茅这种植物在捣碎或烹饪时有淡淡的柠檬味,故又被称为柠檬草。治疗风湿效果颇佳,治疗偏头痛,抗感染,改善消化功能。

    Step 1

    用3大匙油爆香蒜茸和葱头仔丝,加入香茅和鸡块炒香。Heat 3 tbsp in wok, saute garlic and shallot till fragrant, add in lemongrass and chicken, fry well.

    Step 2

    加入水煮滚,加入调味料,焖煮25分钟,开大火收干至,即可。Pour in water and seasoning, simmer for 25 minutes, cook until sauce thicken, done.
