【材料】
莲藕100克、鲍鱼仔5粒、白萝卜100克、鱼鰾5件、津白 100克、海参5件、烧鸭¼只、元蹄½隻、白切鸡¼只、老虎虾 5只、鱼蛋 5粒、蚝豉5只、腐竹5件 、芋头50克、豆根 5件 、瑶柱5粒、竹笙5條、发菜5克
【酱汁材料】
蚝油1汤匙、少许盐、上汤½锅
【做法】
1. 基本上分三层,把材料摆放在大砂锅里。
2. 第一层:莲藕、白萝卜、津白、芋头、鱼蛋。(图1)
3. 第二层:烧鸭、白切鸡、豆根、腐竹、竹笙、发菜。(图2-4)
4. 第三层:鲍鱼仔、鱼鰾、海参、元蹄、蚝豉、瑶柱,老虎虾(后下)。(图5-7)
5. 完成摆放后,调好酱汁材料,倒入砂锅里小火焖煮1小时。美味的盆菜大功告成。(图8)

【Ingredients】

roasted duck, ½ trotter, ¼ broiled chicken, 5 pcs tiger prawns, 5 pcs fish balls, 5 pcs dried oyster, 5 bean
curd sticks, 50g yam, 5 pcs gluten pockets, 5 pcs dried scallop , 5 pcs bamboo fungus, 5g Fatt Choy
【Sauce ingredients】
1 tbsp oyster sauce, dash of salt to taste, half pot of premium stock
【Method】
1. This dish basically divides into 3 layers in a giant bowl.
2. 1st layer: lotus root, radish, Chinese cabbage, yam and fish balls. (pic 1)
3. 2nd layer: Roasted duck, broiled chicken, gluten pocket, bean curd stick, bamboo fungus and Fatt
choy. (pic 2-4)
4. 3rd layer: Baby abalone, fish maw, seas cucumber, trotter, dried oyster, dried scallop and tiger prawns
(add last). (pic 5-7)
5. After the arrangement, prepare seasoned stock and pour into the giant bowl, simmer in low heat for
1 hour, the Pun Choy is done. (pic 8)
