    Directions

    Step 1

    把干贝洗净浸泡隔夜后滴干拔丝,然后以麻油炒至香,盛出与腊肠混合。Rinse dried scallops and soak in water overnight.Drain and tear into shreds. Heat sesame oil and put in scallop shreds.Stir-fry till fragrant. Dish out and mix with Chinese sausages. Leave aside.

    Step 2

    另外热麻油,把虾米炒香,然后加入葱头茸和蒜茸,炒至香。Heat sesame oil in a wok , sauté dried shrimps until fragrant. Add in shallots and garlic. Fry until aromatic.

    Step 3

    加入糯米和所有的豆类,再加入调味料炒均匀。Add glutinous rice and all beans.Stir in rice seasoning to mix.Toss and fry well.

    Step 4

    用两片粽叶折成斗状,放入2汤匙米料,填人少许馅料,再铺上2汤匙米料,绑成三角形状,以草绳扎紧。Take 2 bamboo leaves and fold into a cone. Add 2 tablespoon glutinous rice mixture.Add some filling then wrap up into a dumpling and secure with hemps string.

    Step 5

    煮一煲水,加1汤匙盐和1汤匙白糖,放入粽子,煮2-2 ½ 小时或至熟。Bring water to a boil with 1 tablespoon salt and 1 tablespoon sugar added.Put in the prepared dumplings and boil for 2–2 ½ hours.Remove and drain from water.
